These terms apply to Otterwick, made by Maximilian Michler, An der Nafla 15a, 6800 Feldkirch, Austria. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Playing
Play for fun and play fair. Don’t cheat, exploit bugs to gain rewards, or interfere with other players’ groups or results. We may remove results or groups that break these rules.
Names in groups
The name you show in a group must not be offensive or pretend to be someone else. We may change or remove names that are.
Virtual items
Gems, coins, materials, passes, decor and outfits are part of the game. They have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money and can’t be moved outside the game. A season pass gives the premium rewards of its month; rewards you earned but didn’t claim stay claimable for 7 days after the pass ends, as the pass page shows. Purchases are processed by Apple; refunds follow Apple’s rules.
Changes and availability
We keep improving the game, which may change boards, rewards or features. Online features (groups, the Daily Quest, “Top X %”) need a connection and may be unavailable at times.
Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for personal injury. Otherwise, our liability is excluded as far as the law allows. Your statutory rights as a consumer stay unaffected.
Law
Austrian law applies, except where the law of your country of residence gives you, as a consumer, stronger protection.
